These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and bs88 ("bs88," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the bs88 website located at https://bs88.app and all associated gaming services, features, content, and functionality (collectively, the "Platform").

bs88 does not knowingly accept registrations from individuals who do not meet the eligibility criteria above. If you become aware that an ineligible person has accessed the Platform using your account or payment details, you must notify bs88 immediately via our support channels.

To access the full range of bs88 services, you must create a registered account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid email address. You further agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account only. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. bs88 employs technical and manual controls to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts will be closed and any balances or winnings may be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your bs88 username and password. All transactions on the bs88 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). bs88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at bs88's discretion.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your bs88 account upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. bs88 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within your account dashboard.
• bs88 aims to process withdrawal requests within 15 minutes for GCash and PayMaya; bank transfers may take up to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.
• bs88 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of security or compliance checks.

Any funds deposited into your bs88 account must be used for gaming purposes. bs88 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any transaction that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, connected to money laundering, or otherwise in violation of applicable law.

bs88 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including but not limited to wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps. These specific terms are communicated at the time each promotion is offered.

General bonus conditions applicable to all bs88 promotions include:

• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Creating or operating more than one bs88 account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or systems.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or bs88 staff through any communication channel.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.

All content on the bs88 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the property of bs88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from bs88.
• Use any bs88 trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without express written permission.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorized use of bs88 intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by bs88 and its licensors.

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical failures, system outages, or connectivity issues beyond bs88's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled or emergency maintenance.
• Errors in game outcomes caused by software malfunctions, provided that bs88 takes reasonable steps to rectify such errors promptly.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.

bs88's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bs88 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude bs88's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

bs88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from you or a third-party responsible gaming authority.
• Regulatory or legal requirements that necessitate account closure.

Upon termination of your account, any real-money balance remaining (after deduction of any applicable bonus amounts subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Accounts terminated for fraud or serious breach of these Terms may have their balances forfeited in full.

You may close your bs88 account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations or liabilities that arose prior to the date of closure.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.

bs88 operates in compliance with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Any regulatory complaints may be directed to PAGCOR through its official channels.

bs88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on this page, with the effective date updated accordingly.

Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations — bs88 will provide reasonable advance notice via the email address registered to your account or through a prominent notice displayed on the Platform. Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of the Terms) may be made without prior notice.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the bs88 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure through our support team.
